Elite Reliability is led by Chris Mathers, an experienced reliability professional with a background in mining, maintenance and condition monitoring.
Chris began his career in maintenance in 2010 and has continued to develop his knowledge across multiple condition monitoring disciplines. His focus has always been on understanding how different condition monitoring technologies work together to identify developing problems and improve equipment reliability.
With experience across mining operations, maintenance and condition monitoring, Chris brings a practical understanding of the challenges faced by reliability and maintenance teams every day. This experience shapes the way Elite Reliability approaches condition monitoring, training and consulting.
